Abstract:

Recently, I visited Monash University Australia to attend the HDR (Higher Degree by Research) workshop. In this workshop, HDR students from different Monash campuses gather and share their individual experiences of studying for PhD. In this presentation, I will highlight my reflections about the workshop and share my experience of meeting students with similar research interest. I would also provide some feedback about the trip, which could be beneficial to all PhD students.

Speaker’s Profile:

S. M. Aminul Haque is currently studying for his PhD degree at the School of IT, Monash University, Sunway Campus, Malaysia. He completed his BSc degree in Physics from Shah-Jalal University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh. His areas of research interest are Grid computing and Agent technology.
